I understand that the submitted applications will be subjected to the evaluation process by the ITUMUN Secretariat and Organization Team therefore applying does not entail acceptance, I further understand that it is required to submit the application fee announced by the ITUMUN Team within 4 business days after being informed of my acceptance to the conference, otherwise the ITUMUN Team holds the right to drop my application. I further understand that unless there is an inaccuracy made by the ITUMUN team no refund can be made to me and I can not request such. I confirm the information I have given in this form is accurate and if not I will be responsible for any problems it may cause. All the information I have given will be used in the evaluation process and will not be shared. I consent to be contacted by any means of communication, about the activities and updates of Istanbul Technical University Model United Nations Club. I further consent to video recording and photo shooting that is going to occur during the conference and the possibility of my footage to be present in any social media platform or promotional material belonging to ITUMUN team.
