MGI Alekim LLP is seeking a qualified Audit Manager to oversee and lead audit engagements while driving operational excellence, team coordination, and business growth. This questionnaire serves as the preliminary interview. Please respond with as much detail as possible.

Build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
Constantly develop your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues.
