Please provide us with the information you would like used for your SCORE Volunteer Profile.

Once submitted, we will create a new mentor profile using the AI Tool and send it to you via email in a document format compatible with any word processing software (such as MS Word, Google Docs, OpenOffice, etc.).

You will then be responsible to:
Edit the document to make sure it accurately represents you as a SCORE Volunteer.
Copy and Paste the profile text into the "How Can You Help SCORE Clients?" field of your Engage profile. Volunteer Profile Info instructions
Review your profile on the SCORE website, and if there are spacing issues, then you’ll need to go back to Engage to edit..

I'm aware that AI tools may occasionally produce errors, and I commit to reviewing and editing the AI-generated profile before finalizing any updates in Engage.

I DO NOT CONSENT to allow SCORE to use the information in my profile to create an AI-generated profile.
