The URBANPROOF tool may be used for assessing climate change impacts and developing adaptation strategies by every urban Municipality of Greece, Italy and Cyprus.
Urban municipalities, as defined in the UrbanProof tool, include all level 2 local government units (LAU2 or communities) that are classified as: Cities (densely populated areas), Towns and suburbs (medium density areas).
