evokeAG 2024 - Registration of interest to join an international delegation

Please use the form below to register your interest in joining an international delegation to attend evokeAG 2024 and participate in a customised visit program in Western Australia (WA). 

All registrants will be contacted by mid to late October 2023 to confirm whether an organised delegation from their specified country will be proceeding. 


KEY INFORMATION AND CRITERIA FOR CUSTOMISED VISIT PROGRAMS

The Asia-Pacific region's premier agrifood tech event AgriFutures evokeAG is heading to Perth, 20-21 February 2024.

The WA government will be coordinating and supporting a range of visit programs for specific international delegations.  

Support packages will be customised for each delegation, dependent on a number of factors including: total number of participants from each country (minimum delegation sizes will apply); alignment of industry sectors represented*; and intended activities and visits while in WA.

Support packages may include a combination of:

  • Program coordination and on-the-ground assistance throughout the official visit itinerary by at least one delegation leader or coordinator (arranged by the WA government).
  • One customised welcome activity (eg. a first day welcome dinner, lunch, networking event etc.) for the delegation in Perth, including transport where required.
  • Subsidised tickets for evokeAG 2024 (including the ‘Festival of Food' after day one)
  • Access to an exclusive area within the expo hall, arranged by the WA government, for the duration of evokeAG 2024.
  • Free participation in and transport to at least one other side activity in WA (eg. customised farm tours, site visits, workshops etc.) before or after evokeAG 2024.

Packages will not include flights, accommodation, transfers, non-program transport, and non-program meals.

* evokeAG is an ag-tech and food innovation focused event. Priority sectors include investment, ag-tech, food-tech and agrifood supply chain-focused businesses (start-ups, scale-ups and established), agrifood growers and suppliers (primary producers through to global brands/FMCGs), agrifood innovation-linked researchers and related organisations, and government departments focused on ag-tech, innovation and agrifood.
