Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation's grant and sponsorships cycle is now open! Please apply using the below guidelines.
Request for support must be received by Friday, January 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
The Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation (VBRF) grant process for nonprofits is reviewed once a year. Applications received by the deadline will be reviewed by the VBRF Board of Directors. Applying for a grant or sponsorship does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded.
We want to support all non-profit organizations in our community, but funding is limited and determined by the following criteria.
• Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, as defined by the IRS.
• Funds must remain in Eagle County and benefit the local community.
• Grants and sponsorships should align with our mission statement: “initiatives focused on creating attainable housing solutions for all and cultivating housing opportunity for all Eagle County residents."
o Show evidence of a demonstrated commitment to the VBR Foundation’s strategic objectives;
▪ Support the local community in Eagle County;
▪ Housing-related programs.
• All donation requests are reviewed by the VBR Foundation Board of Directors and are based on available funds.
• Typical grant requests range from $250–$5,000
The VBR Foundation will not award a donation for: • Individuals;
• Organizations that request funds for salaries;
• Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, age, sex, disability, marital status, religion,
sexual orientation, veteran status, and national or ethnic origin.
Approval Process:Please fill out the form below by the deadline of January 10, 2025. All applications will be provided to the VBR Foundation for review.
