This summer school consists of two themes. For more information, please see the program (http://www.mathfinance2016.com/program/). We expect that most participants attend the entire summer school, but give the option to attend only one theme.
Which parts of the summer school would you like to attend? *
The summer school will be followed by the Sixth IMS-FIPS workshop on July 7-9, which is a scientific conference dealing with contributions of probability and statistics to finance and insurance. Do you plan to attend this conference, too? *
We require you to submit two documents with your application. Please email cfrei@ualberta.ca with the following two documents and the subject line "International PIMS Application" before the end of March 2016: Resume (maximal 2 pages), A document (maximal 1 page) where you briefly describe your motivation to participate in this summer school.
Please note that funding is very limited. We will be able to waive the registration fees and provide paid accommodation only for a small number of students. We plan to make funding decisions in April. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any financial support toward the travel expenses of international students.
