Stall Holders Form for Ferrymead Night Market 2023
1.  By filling in this form you are confirming you would like to attend the market on the dates you selected.
2.  Once we receive your Google Form, an invoice will be sent to you as confirmation you are attending.
3.  Please note our invoice terms and conditions:
      a.  Payment required on invoice prior to the Night Market.
      b.  Please notify us prior to the Night Market if you are unable to attend otherwise the fee is still payable.
4. Site Maps and Directions will be sent out to you no less than 2 days prior to the event.
5. I understand by completing this form I will remove all my own rubbish I bring onsite after the market.
6. I understand by completing this form I will not move a vehicle onsite between the hours of 3.45pm - 8pm.

Event Timing: 1st Saturday of every month. Timing - 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
