Long-Term Care Tabletop Exercise 2024

We would like to invite you to participate in a community-based, facilitated tabletop exercise.

As part of a grant program the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security (CHHS) is offering free, half-day, community-based tabletop exercises for long term care facilities this May and June. These TTXs will be held in Baltimore, at the Maryland Carey School of Law and will be offered on multiple dates. The sessions are free but space is limited, and will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Registration is open, and can be accessed at the link below. The TTX dates are:

UMB Carey School of Law, May 29th, 2024

UMB Carey School of Law June 11th, 2024

UMB Carey School of Law, June 14th, 2024

Please note, the same training is being offered on multiple date.

The TTXs will start at 8:30 a.m. and run until 12:30 p.m. Continental breakfast, coffee, and tea will be provided. Participants will receive a draft AAR for their facility, and have the chance to talk through hypothetical scenarios with other area LTCFs. Each facility is invited to bring up to 3 individuals from their facility to participate.

We cannot guarantee inclusion but will do our best to make the material as relevant to your facility as possible.
