Community Yard Sale and Vendor Event - 6/21/25
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY:

šŸ—“Ā Event Schedule
  • Submit this form to register for space - you will receive an email that your space is reserved within 24 hours.

  • Make payment by SUNDAY JUNE 15 to reserve your space.Ā  Once you pay you will be sent confirmation within 24 hours.Ā  If you do not pay by June 15, your space will be forfeited.Ā 

  • Venmo payments can be made toĀ @WilkesPlaymakers

  • PayPal payments can be made toĀ wptreasurer@wilkes.net

    Saturday, June 21:

    • Vendor Setup Begins:Ā 6:00 AM

    • Event Opens to Public:Ā 7:00 AM

    • Event Ends / Pack-up Begins:Ā 1:00 PM

šŸ“Ā Location:Ā 306 D Street – Please enter through theĀ front patio.

šŸ› Ā Setup & LogisticsšŸ“Ā All vendors are located on theĀ lowest levelĀ of the building.Ā Ā 

  • All spaces will be reserved as 1 table space.Ā Ā This means if you have 3 tables, you need to register for 3 table spaces.Ā Ā 
  • If you have a clothing rack, you need to register for space for that rack.Ā  We DO NOT have clothing racks to rent.Ā  You will need to supply your own.
  • If you need to rent a table, please indicate how many.Ā Ā 
  • Please indicate how many of each you will need so that we can ensure you have enough space to accommodate you.Ā Ā 
  • At the end of the day, anything you do not wish to take home with you may be left for donation to Wilkes Recovery Revolution.Ā  Just let a Wilkes Playmakers Board Member know you are leaving it for donation.Ā Ā 
  • Outside Vendors:

    • Set up along the walls of the front patio.

    • Do not block any doors or entrances.

  • Inside Vendors:

    • Enter through 306 D Street.

    • Check in with a team member to receive yourĀ pre-assigned location.

āœ…Ā RestroomsĀ are available on the lower level.

šŸŖĀ Snacks & drinksĀ will be available for purchase.

🚫 Access Reminder

For safety and security,Ā vendors and guests will not be allowed on the upper floorsĀ during the event.

šŸ’µĀ Cash & Weather Notes
  • Bring your ownĀ cash/change, as we cannot provide any.

  • In case ofĀ rain, we will do our best to relocate outdoor vendors indoors,Ā space permitting.

  • āœ…Ā Payment is due June 15Ā to secure your space.

  • āŒĀ If you need to cancel, please notify us immediately.Ā  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
