2024-2025 CT School Nurse Community of Practice
Welcome to the 2nd year of the CT School Nurse Community of Practice!  This initiative is brought to you by the Connecticut State Department of Education in partnership with the RESC Alliance.  

If you are a school nurse, supervisor, coordinator, manager or director and would like to become a member of our CoP or would like to change the email address we currently have on file, please complete this form. If your email address is already up to date on our School Nurse CoP distribution list from the 2023-2024 school year, you do not need to complete this form. 

 As a member of this group, you will receive links for upcoming meetings and resources, networking opportunities, and other information intended to support the work you do a school nurse. You do not need to attend the meetings to be a member of the school nurse CoP and receive information. 

The purpose of the school nurse CoP is to build our collective capacity to support students across the state and to support each other in the important work we do. Information shared and discussed during the meetings is not intended to be construed as legal or CSDE guidance. All of the information gathered by participants should be discussed with district teams and administrators.    

2024-2025 School Nurse CoP meetings will held at the following dates/ times:
8:30-9:30- 9/12, 11/7, 1/9, 3/13, 5/8
9:00-10:00- 10/10, 12/12, 2/13, 4/10, 6/5   
A calendar invite will be sent for each meeting.
