Event Details: In the lobby of the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute at UHN, we are gathering patients with brain injuries and community members to assemble 200 concussion care packages designed by ConcussionBox org. The boxes are evidence based, and will be donated to patients with brain injuries in clinical rehabilitation across the GTA.
