Terms and Conditions 2024
  1. LOCATION: All sessions will be conducted in the learning space of Ready Set Prep Mooloolaba- 105 Palm Drive Mooloolaba.
  2. TUITION FEES for 2024 – All classes are $70+GST per session per child. The total cost of a term (based on 10 weeks) is $700 excluding GST. This must be paid up front at the beginning of the term. Public holidays will not be charged so some terms may be shorter than 10 weeks. You will also be charged a $20 once off enrolment fee.
  3. PAYMENTS – the final payment must be paid in full 2 weeks before the first class begins. Payments to be made by bank transfer or cash. If payments are not received by the due date Ready Set Prep Mooloolaba has no obligation to fulfil lessons until payments are received.   
  4. DROP OFF & COLLECTION – All children must be dropped off and collected from the venue by their parent or guardian. If another adult collects your child, please provide confirmation by email or text prior to the start of the lesson. 
  5. SAFE PRACTICES – Ready Set Prep Mooloolaba will at all times apply required safety procedures. In the unlikely event of an accident Ready Set Prep-Mooloolaba takes no responsibility for damage to student’s property or them personally.
  6. STUDENT ABSENCE- Classes will not be refunded/credited due to student absence. A make up class may be arranged subject to availability, please contact your child’s teacher to notify of absence and arrange make up class.
  7. TEACHER ABSENCE- If the teacher is sick a replacement teacher will conduct the class or the class may be cancelled. 
  8. COMMUNICATION – Informal progress updates can be communicated at pick up and drop off. However, more formal meetings may be arranged at a time outside of lesson times that is convenient. Please email to arrange.
