Our Ministry: Peace of Christ Parish is joining a nationwide effort entitled:
Walking with Moms in Need. As part of this initiative, our Parish will undertake a process to assess, expand, and better communicate resources to help and support pregnant moms and families in our local community.
Our Ministry's Goals:
1. To communicate Pregnancy Help Center contact information (i.e. Birthright, Caring Choices, etc.) to women facing unplanned pregnancies or who are in crisis.
2. To offer compassionate and loving support, tangible and prayerful support, a listening ear, an act of kindness, mentoring, and simply Walking with Moms in Need.
3. To provide awareness and vital information to our Parish and neighborhood community regarding local Pregnancy Help Centers. You never know when you might make all the difference in helping a mom in need.
