This form is for an officer of a USA Rugby Union, SYRO or competition to refer a member to attend this training. Upon receipt of this referral, a form will be emailed to the participant to register.
Who:
Representatives of USA Rugby Unions/SYROs, college conference and competitions wishing to learn about World Rugby's Disciplinary process and how to organize and run a Disciplinary Committee.
This can include persons who serve as or wish to be trained to be Disciplinary Chairs, Community Judicial Officers and Disciplinary Panel members for their Union/Competition.
Attendees must be referred by their Union/SYRO/competition.
After attending this workshop, participants will eligible to participate in Community Judicial Officer certification with USA Rugby.
When/Where:
Saturday 1pm - 9:30pm. (meal provided) Sunday 9am-1pm
Plan flight arrivals Saturday by 11:30 am, flight departures Sunday after 2:30.
South: July 15-16, Atlanta, GA
West: July 22-23, Phoenix, AZ
East: August 5-6, Washington, DC/Dulles
MidWest: August 19-20, St Louis, MO
Cost:
USA Rugby will fund workshop costs and Saturday night double occupancy accommodations.
Airport shuttle, Saturday evening meal and breakfast provided at the hotel.
Attendees or their organizations are responsible for all other costs, including travel, single room supplement and any additional room nights.
Space is limited. You may attend the training that works best for you, but preference given to participants within each region.
