Bethel Violence Prevention Coalition Community Survey
The Bethel Violence Prevention Coalition (VPC) seeks community member input on their thoughts, experiences, and knowledge on topics that impact rates of violence in the community. Responses will be kept anonymous and the information gathered will be the source material for generating the VPC's strategic plan to reduce violence in Bethel over time.

Survey participants 18 and older may choose to enter their name into a drawing to receive $1,000! THREE winners will be selected for the drawing on 4/1/2026! To be chosen for the $1,000 prize, survey questions must be filled out in good faith. The VPC reserves the right to remove duplicate responses and/or responses that do not meaningfully engage with the subject matter from the drawing (e.g., a survey that is completely or filled out with all "n/a" responses may be removed)

**Content Warning**

This survey asks questions about domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and other violence-related topics. Remember, all questions are optional (with the exception of drawing entry preference). Please engage in whatever way is safest. If support is needed after engaging with this subject matter, advocates are available at Tundra Women's Coalition Crisis Line ( 1-800-478-7799 or 907-543-3456)
