We have many options over this upcoming season. Please feel free to opt in or out during the season, ensuring that you follow any deadlines and payments associated with that opportunity. All events are on the landing page of our website www.cripsie.com as will be on our social media platforms.

By filling out this registration form, I recognize and acknowledge that I have:
  • Filled out my CRIPSiE Membership Form.   Membership
  • Read and agreed to the Space Agreement.   Space Agreement 
  • Accountability to communicate directly with CRIPSiE's leadership team.  Leadership Team
  • Understood that I give consent for CRIPSiE to use photos and videos of my participation, for the use of marketing purposes only.
  • Understood that I am releasing CRIPSiE from any liability arising from or injuries related to participating in any CRIPSiE workshops, classes, rehearsals, performances or any other activity during the 2025/26 Season.
*Please note that it is mandatory to list an emergency contact on this form. This person can be anyone you trust, as well as someone that knows how to support you the best in the case of a medical emergency.*
