EVENT SEATING: I understand that seating for this event is "first come, first served" and will NOT be pre-arranged prior to the event by Victoria Marie Designs. I understand that I will need to arrive early on the first day of the event in order to get the seat(s) I prefer. *

LODGING: I understand that this event will be held at Inspiration Inn Bloom, a full-service scrapbook retreat venue, located in Oak Harbor, OH. I understand that this venue offers "shared rooms" with twin beds and other amenities as listed on the venue website. I understand that if I do not want to share a room with other guests, I am responsible for securing alternative lodging accommodations and that my retreat registration cost will remain the same. *

Guests are required to do one of the following:

- (1) remit full payment of $450.00 at time of registration (non-refundable deposit included) OR -

- (2) select the Payment Plan and remit a $50.00 non-refundable deposit at time of registration (an invoice with the remaining balance will be sent via PayPal).

If you are participating in the Payment Plan option, you will receive three PayPal invoices for the following:

Payment 1: $133.00 Due: October 30, 2019 - Invoice Sent on: October 1, 2019
Payment 2: $133.00 Due: January 30, 2020 - Invoice Sent on: January 1, 2020
Payment 3: $133.00 Due: April 30, 2020 - Invoice Sent on: April 1, 2020

NOTE: Guests who fail to remit payment by the scheduled due dates will lose their spot at this event. Any amount paid for the event will NOT BE REFUNDED. Be sure to make note of the due dates as listed above.

Payment MUST be received along with the Victoria Marie Summer Scrapbook Retreat registration form in order to participant in this event. There are limited spots available for this retreat. If registration exceeds capacity, guests will be added to the Victoria Marie Spring Retreat Waitlist. Information about the waitlist can be found on the Victoria Marie Blog under RETREATS.
