Photos of your child may be used for promotional purposes on the DanceGlow Studios website, Facebook page, and/or as part of Eisteddfod, End of Year Concert and/or other DanceGlow related events. A $35 Enrolment fee will be added to the first invoice for each student. This fee is a one off payment at the start of each year, covering insurance and licenses needed to operate the studio. The studio requires upfront payment with all term payments to be made by the end of week 3 of every term (unless a payment plan has been prearranged with Karlee) Students will not be able to begin the next term until full payment has been received for the previous term. In Term 4 we require a full payment by week 3 so we are not chasing money over the Christmas break. In the event that default of a payment occurs, and action is taken to recover the debt, all costs incurred in recovering the debt must be paid. In instances where accounts have not been paid by the end of term, a late payment fee of $25.00 per student will be charged to your account. Payments can be made via bank deposit, internet transfer, or cash – a receipt will be emailed to you if not paid in person. When the term is finished you are automatically enrolled in the same lesson/s for the next term unless you tell us otherwise. 3 weeks notice is needed in writing or in person, if discontinuing classes. Term invoices will be emailed to the address on the enrolment form. Your term fee will not be discounted if your child misses a class or chooses not to participate in the lesson. NO refunds will be given with the exception of private lessons where the teacher cancels the lesson. For OH&S reasons, wearing socks is too slippery and dangerous. Please ensure your child is in suitable footwear for class.
