The Brandeis Community Emergency and Enhancement Fund is an opportunity for all members of the Brandeis community to seek out additional funding for projects that would benefit the campus in the long-term.
In the past the CEEF fund has provided funding for the building of a new bus stop, providing resources for the Rape Crisis Center, earlier shuttle times provided on the weekends, Chums' renovations and extended library hours.
The 2018-2019 projects were the purchasing of the library treadmills, the Branda app, a new display for events communication in the SCC, and the renovation of the Berlin Chapel study rooms. The 2019-2020 projects included "Stop the bleed" project by BEMCO, and condom disposal across campus.
This is an opportunity to bring long-term structural changes to our campus that benefit all who call Brandeis their home. This form will help guide you in your CEEF proposal, and give the CEEF board critical information regarding your proposal. Please be as detailed as possible. This money is important and will not be given unless these questions are answered in detail. We suggest to look at the CEEF Guide available in our website for further guidance.
The proposal should be solid enough that we can see a clear plan of how this money will be used.
If you have any additional questions, comments, or concerns please contact the CEEF board at
ceef@brandeis.eduThe deadline for the application is October 20th 2021
All projects will begin work in December 2021 and must be finished by April 30th, 2022.
