If there is not enough people of a certain skill range, For example only 1 person signs up that is Gold and everyone else is Diamond+ then we have the right to not allow that low player to play to make sure teams will end up balanced - If sign up fee was paid it will be paid back 100% / We will give that player an advanced warning so they have a chance to get some other people of the same rank to sign up!
