Your response on this interest form must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Sunday, July 7, 2019. UPDATE: Although the official deadline has passed, we continue to accept applications on a rolling basis as space permits.
In general: Preference will be given to vendors and exhibitors that are based in the District and, where applicable, sell handmade goods and/or provide local services. Particular interest will be paid to (a) vendors and exhibitors that celebrate local food, agriculture, and art; (b) those operating out of Ward 8, as that is the location of this year's Fair; and (c) those willing to help us hold a more sustainable DC State Fair by going "above and beyond" the requirements of the District's Food Service Ware regulations, including the ban on plastic straws and coffee stirrers (https://doee.dc.gov/foodserviceware), and the requirements of the Bag law (https://doee.dc.gov/bags).
Vendors will be notified of approval by Saturday, July 20, 2019. Final payment and a signed copy of the terms & conditions will be due by noon on Saturday, August 3. You will also be required to submit a copy of your DC Board of Health certification and may need to attend a pre-event meeting with the Department of Health to review expectations.
The following pricing structure will be used:
• FOOD TRUCKS: $400 per space (no electricity provided)
