If a space is available in the chosen class you will be contacted as soon as possible. If not, you will automatically be added to our waiting list and be contacted via email/phone when a place becomes available in the chosen class.
Please only complete this form if you are willing to accept a place and make payment.

When an invitation is sent via text, we ask that you complete for the form and payment within 48 hours or contact us if there are any issues. If we do not hear from you or receive the forms or payment we will need to remove you from our waiting lists.
Once offered a place, you will need to set up payment via the link sent to you. This is payment for a month and automatically sets up regular payments. If after the first class, you/your child decide it is not for them, contact us before the second class and we will refund the remaining classes that month and cancel your subscription.
For cancellations after the trial period, just let us know 5 days before the any month renewal day of your membership and we can cancel you payments.
