Art in ATX  Zine Fest Vendor Application - August 16th 
Please fill out this form to be considered for the indoor market at Contracommon (12912 Hill Country Blvd f140, Bee Cave, TX 78738) on Saturday August 16th, 2025 from 6PM - 9PM. This event will be paired with our group exhibition opening and zine release. We review all applications and will let you know if you have been accepted by June 23rd 2025.

*BY APPLYING YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ & AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING*

-Vendor Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

-Market is indoor and will be RAIN OR SHINE with the exception of natural disasters including: storms, tornados, hurricanes, etc.

-Market costs: $35 for a 6ft table space

-TABLES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR THIS MARKET. You must bring your own 6ft table and seating.

-All vendors are responsible for ALL other SET UP including bringing signage and point of sale (POS) equipment. Please note that an electric outlet is not provided

-Applications will close 6/23/25, payments are due no later then 8/1/2025 at 11PM. Late invoices will be cancelled and your space will be given to the next person on the waiting list. Your invoice payment serves as your confirmation to the market.

-Set up starts at 5PM Saturday and breakdown is at 9PM. Vendors must arrive no later than 5:30PM, vendors that arrive late or no-show without communicating prior will not be invited to future markets.

-The market will be from 6-9

-VENDORS MUST NOT BREAK DOWN UNTIL 9PM, vendors that break down before the end of the event will not be invited to future markets

I, the Primary Vendor, hereby swear and attest that the information provided above is true and factual to the best of my knowledge. I understand that, should this contract be confirmed, I will be assigned a booth by The Gallery ATX for the date selected. I am required to provide all my own set up, point of sale processing systems and agree arrive at least 1 hr prior to the start of the event, be fully set up by event start time, and remain through entire event. I understand that there will not be refunds or credits for weather related cancellations. Vendor initiated cancellations will not be refunded or transferable.  *
