Vendor Form - Undocumented Community Resource Fair at UIC
Saturday, July 28, 2018
12 - 4 pm
University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Art and Exhibition Hall / Gallery 400
400 S Peoria St.

We are seeking activist organizations and artisans who support or identify as part of the undocumented community to table at the Undocumented Community Resource Fair at UIC. Participants will be provided with table space to share information about their organization’s services or sell handmade zines, merchandise, and/or artwork.

This is a FREE event for the benefit of undocumented communities so we request that all nonprofits, artists, and vendors be connected to and/or identify with the undocumented community. You do not need to disclose your status, but know that we are looking to prioritize the undocumented community as best as we can.

There is no fee to participate, but we prefer that you are able to commit to tabling for the duration of the event (12 - 4 pm).

Please fill out this form by Wednesday, June 6. You will be contacted with a decision by Friday, June 8. All information submitted via Google Forms will be kept confidential. Questions may be directed to gallery400engagement@gmail.com.

Undocumented Community Resource Fair is co-organized by Gallery 400 at UIC and a growing list of partners including artist Yvette Mayorga, Las Topo Chicas, Undocumented Projects, and Latinos Progresando.
