By typing “I Agree” below, I acknowledge that bicycling and walking involves risks and dangers and that unanticipated and unexpected hazards may arise and I assume all risk of injury to my person and property that may be sustained in connection with the Anchor House Ride for Runaways.
I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and representatives, release and absolve the Anchor House Foundation, any sponsors for the Ride for Runaways and any participants in the Ride for Runaways, including their respective officers, employees and agents, from all liability , claims, and causes of action of any sort, for any injury or damage sustained to my person or my property due to the negligence, carelessness or any other fault of the Anchor House Foundation, Inc., the sponsors and participants.
I hereby consent to and permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness while participating in an Anchor House Foundation ride. I also hereby give permission to Anchor House Foundation to use my name or image by way of a photograph, video or audio format taken of me during the event in any promotional materials, publications or any other electronic media in addition to disclosing my name on Anchor House Foundation’s Web site, which includes online pledging.
I warrant that I am in good physical condition. I have no disabilities that will affect my ability to ride or walk. I agree to wear an ANSI-approved bicycle helmet while riding. I am competent to ride safely and I agree to obey all laws of the states in which I ride and adhere to safety guidelines established by the Anchor House Foundation.
I verify that all submitted information is accurate and valid. I, will respect the good reputation of Anchor House and the Anchor House Foundation and will behave in a way that reflects well upon them and the ride. I understand that if I choose not to follow the rules of the road or if I engage in any behavior that reflects poorly on Anchor House or the Anchor House Foundation, I can be removed from the ride at any time.
