Are you a record lover interested in sharing a couple of tracks from your favorite albums and hearing the same from others? We are planning a record sharing night on the first Monday of every month. Except next time we will be meeting the second Monday, April 8th. All Vinyl Nights will be from 7pm to about 10pm in the back room of the store. Our address is 204 New York Ave. Huntington, NY 11743.
The goal of this event is to foster a community of people who love vinyl and to provide an open and inclusive space for all. That said, we all have different tastes in music, so lets discuss how we would like to arrange these evenings. The first one will be an ice breaker evening where we will each bring in a couple of your favorite albums and share one of your favorite tracks from each, in a round-robin style. In the future, we could develop themed evenings, such as a jazz night, or a rock night. We could also have general nights to share the albums you love regardless of genre.
We have also had some interest in DJing a vinyl set on some evening. If you are interested, we can schedule that as well.
