All products will be vacuum packaged

The following are our standard cuts unless otherwise specified this is how your cuts will be prepared:

• Chops will be cut to 1"
• All chops will be packaged one per package
• Sliced products will be packaged 1 lb. per package
• All ground lamb will be packaged in 1 lb. packages
