Cameron R-1 Library Account Request Form
The Cameron R-1 School District provides parent with access to their student's Destiny Library account.  Access to Destiny allows parents to view books currently checked out as well as a cumulative check-out history. 

In order to be issued access to a student's Destiny account, the parent must first fill out this form, and the email and phone number collected on the form must match those on file for a parent/guardian in PowerSchool.  Let it be noted that a separate form must be filled out for each child.  Once a form is completed, the corresponding building librarian will email a unique username and password to the parent for each child's account.
