Pricing: 2025 Season per stall

Outdoor
$25 per day for the Entire Summer - All 15 Saturdays
$30 per day for Part Time - 8-15 Saturdays
$35 per day for Seasonal - 7 days or less
•  Power hookup is an additional $10.00 per day
•  Tents, Chairs and Tables not provided

Indoor
•  $45 per day for Entire Summer - All 15 Saturdays
•  $50 per day for Part Time - 8-15 Saturdays
•  $55 per day for Seasonal - 7 days or less
•  Chairs and Tables not provided
•  A limited number of tables are available for rental $10 per day


Additional Information 
•  Food Trucks are $75 (+gst) per market
•  Applications are due 10 Business days in Advance
•  Acceptances and invoices sent out: 8 business days in advance
•  Payment due: 3 business days in advance  


Stall and Sizing:   
Vending will take place in two locations both inside and outside on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. Please indicate which location you prefer. Outdoor tents require tent weights.

•  Inside location: Stalls will be 8' x 10'. A map will be provided upon acceptance of your application.

•  Outdoor - You will be placed in one of our outdoor vendor areas. Stalls are 10' x 10' and a tent shelter is highly recommended. Please provide signage for your business. The Market Manager will reserve the right to determine placement. 


Need to Knows

•  All inside vendors are required to provide their own table and fixin's.

•  Electricity for outdoor space will be available at an additional cost but excludes use for lights, phone chargers and blow driers.

•  Wi-fi will be provided to vendors ONLY; please be prepared to have a back up data option. 

•  Longview Country Market strongly encourages Vendor/Clientele cash transactions.

  


Set Up

•  Vendors need to set up from 8:00 am Saturdays. Set up must be completed by 08:45am.  

•  Ample off-site parking available at 107 Morrison Rd Longview for vendors and tourist buses.

• Longview Country Market is not responsible for any theft or damages to vendor assets.         


Take Down

•  Once market hours conclude at 3:00 pm you may take down your booth. You are not    permitted to pack up prior to 3:00pm. 

•  No garbage shall be left by vendors. You are required to take it with you.    


Insurance

•  All vendors are required to have 2 Million dollars of liability insurance.

•  All vendors will be required to sign a liability waiver
