Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2025 Woonsocket Pride Festival! Last year, our event was the biggest it had ever been with close to 75 vendors, food trucks, and support on the main stage for a five-hour lineup. We are so excited to have your help!
We have six volunteer positions to choose from: Vendor Support, Main Stage Support, Bucket Brigade, Green Team, Color Guard, and Traffic Control.
The day is split into four shifts:
Shift One 10:00-12:00 (Traffic Control, Vendor Support, Main Stage Support only)
Shift Two 12:00-2:00 (Main Stage Support, Bucket Brigade, Green Team, Color Guard)
Shift Three 2:00-4:00 (Main Stage Support, Bucket Brigade, Green Team, Color Guard)
Shift Four 4:00-6:00. (Traffic Control, Vendor Support, Main Stage Support, Bucket Brigade, Green Team)
Please select as many options for volunteering and shifts as you wish.
Please note that some volunteer roles may require lifting of heavy objects, bending, carrying a light to medium weight. We are happy to make accommodations best we can for individuals with disabilities! If you have a request for accommodation, write in the "notes" section.
On the day of Pride, Board Member Leia will be coordinating volunteers. You will receive an email from her before the event confirming your participation. Please aim to confirm by June 1st. For any questions, please email Leia at leia@woonsocketpride.org
MINORS: We will ask that if you would like to volunteer, that you have a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 sign our consent form. This is to ensure that you have a point of contact to be safe.
