10 Ways to Help a Family
Often we don't know how best to help a family affected by Alzheimer's or another dementia related disease. Frequently caregivers are unsure how to ask for help or what assistance to even ask for.
Understanding Alzheimer's and dementia is the first step to being able to help a family affected by these diseases. Join us for a brief overview of Alzheimer's and dementia and the challenges caregivers may face followed by a panel discussion exploring tips for how to help a family and caregiver.
Our panelists will share what has helped them when caring for a mother, a wife, and a husband with younger onset Alzheimer's and help us to build our toolkits to care for the caregiver.
Thursday, November 18, 10:00am - 11:15am. Upon registration a zoom link will be emailed to you.
