Play/Cafe Field Trip Inquiry Form
Thank you for your interest in booking a field trip to Play/Cafe! Your responses below will help us understand the size and makeup of your group. We'll contact you within 5 business days to set up your field trip! 

(For private rentals of our entire space, including end-of-year preschool parties, you can view availability and reserve a date through our party booking page.)

General info for field trips during open play hours:
  • Field trips may last up to 3 hours; pricing is the same for field trips lasting less than 3 hours.
  • $13 per kid for groups of 1-9 kids
  • $11 per kid for groups with 10 or more kids
  • No charge for adults
  • $50 deposit required at time of booking 
  • Admission is good for the rest of the day if parent/guardian comes to stay with their child, or returns with them anytime before we close!
  • At least 1 adult (your staff or chaperone) is required for every 4 kids - must stay in the play area and actively monitor your group.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed
