During the 4 weeks, we are going to explore actions and movements through improvisation and tasks. We will physicalize thoughts, images and ideas.
Between freedom and discipline, we will dance together and start our research of movement, transitions, and interactions.
We will take a collective & individual journey to investigate the connection between body and mind to become more present in the moment.
Intensives are a block of 4 Saturday morning sessions running 15th September - 6th Oct Confident beginners- experienced dancers are welcome.
