Room reservations are based on availability and members reserving the rooms must abide by Sunset Church’s Facility Use Rules and Guidelines Policy.  

Room availability is based on the priority defined below:
i) Sunday Worship Services
ii) Children & youth programs
iii) Small groups or Fellowships
iv) Formal Church ministries and programs
v) Member sponsored programs

Recurring Room reservation is valid for up to 6 months in order to allow other groups to use the church facilities on a rotation basis. If no other group request to use the room(s) on the requested date, groups will be able to continue for another 6 months.  

Audio and Visual requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance.

By reserving a room for group use, you acknowledge that you will accept all risks associated with attending in-person group event on Sunset Church property.

All groups are expected to follow the current San Francisco Department of Public Health's masking and infection control guidelines.

Groups shall adhere to the closing protocols:
■ Put away all equipment and furniture after use in original location.  
■ Turn off all heating or cooling equipment after use.
■ Ensure all doors and windows are locked securely when leaving premises.
