As part of our current administrative updates, the Board of Directors is modernizing our community roster to ensure that all property owners receive important information accurately and promptly. We are asking all residents to please take a moment to update their contact information and indicate their preferred mailing method (e.g., physical mail or email) moving forward. While you are welcome to choose whichever contact method works best for you, we highly encourage residents to opt into digital communications (email) for Association business.
Cost Savings for the Community: This year alone, the Association spent over $200 on printing fees, envelopes, and stamps just to mail out ballots and dues letters.
Better Use of Your Dues: By transitioning to paperless communication, we can eliminate these recurring administrative costs and ensure that your hard-earned dues are reinvested directly back into the community where they belong.
Timely Updates: Digital delivery ensures you receive urgent community notices, meeting minutes, and neighborhood updates instantly, without relying on postal delays.
