Tameside Pride 2024 Stall application
Thank you for taking an interest in Tameside Pride, this form is for businesses, charities or community groups to express an interest in having a stall at Tameside Pride 2024 taking place in Cheetham Park in Stalybridge on Saturday 15th of June 2024.
 
Please read the following information in full as we have tried to answer as many questions as possible however if you have any further questions please email info@tamesidepride.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note as we are volunteers it may take a few days to receive a reply depending on our availability.  

We’ve kept the rates the same as our previous years so we can continue to support local businesses and community groups to celebrate Tameside Pride. In 2019 we had over 2,000 people for our first Tameside Pride, after moving online during the COVID-19 pandemic we came back last year and grew our visitor numbers - unfortunately last years event had to be cancelled due to lightening but it has not damped our spirt of holding the event. 

Important information  

Stalls are each set a 3m x 3m size, we accept applications from all kinds of stalls. If you have an idea for a stall but it won't fit within this then you can contact us and we are happy to discuss. 

Spaces are limited, we will review each application as a committee so you may not hear back from us straight away. 

If you need power this is something you need to arrange but you must tell us in advance so we can ensure it fits with our fire safety policy. All equipment must have safety checks. 

You must have: 
  • Your own gazebo and table, we can not supply these however they must be secure (with weights!) and within 3m x 3m.
  • Public Liability insurance of £5,000,000 minimum (a copy of this will need to be supplied once your stall has been confirmed), this can be event specific.  
  • If you are an employer £10,000,000 employer insurance (a copy of this will need to be supplied once your stall has been confirmed)
Without all of the above we are very sorry but we cannot accept the stall. If you do not have these and attend the event you will be turned away without a refund. 

 On the day you will be guided to your spot and once you have set up your stall a member of our team will come and check the stall is safe (those weights are very important!), additionally the local council has the right to come and check the stalls.   

We can only accept limited food stalls, depending on the size of the stall you required this may incur an additional rate. You would also be required to provide all food safety and hygiene certificates.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any stalls selling alcohol.

Cost 

There are two different rates:

£50 for businesses (Please note depending on the food business this may be more)
£25 for charities or community groups

The amount will be due 1 month before the event is being held.

There will be limited and time specific vehicle access to the site. If your vehicle is part of your stall please email us to discuss this.
