KEEP CALM AND PARENT ON: Navigating the Teen Years | Monday, January 14th 6-7:30 pm in the library for adults and in the Chat Room for kids.
A strong relationship with your teen starts with understanding. This engaging talk will teach parents/guardians how adolescents’ brain development and interactions affect decision making, as well as how to build a stronger relationship with your teen. Topics will include: • Adolescent brain development • How teens make decisions • Dealing with strong emotions •Tips to resolve conflict | Conflict resolution games for the middle-schoolers (in the CHAT Room)
