ICNC Online Course Evaluation Template [Moderated] (2016-2018)
Over the last six weeks, you have been guided through a variety of thematic modules that included descriptions, videos, articles, book chapters, expert publications, and more. You have also read participants’ comments and joined conversations in different conversation forums. We would now like to hear back from you about your experience.

This evaluation has 27 questions and will take 10 minutes or less. Most of the questions will ask you to select an answer on a scale of 1-5 and some questions are open response. Please note that many of the questions are mandatory, but there are some optional questions.
