One of the duties of the OSCA Ethics Committee is to provide consultation for OSCA members who have an ethical concern. Please refer to the ASCA Ethical Standards before submitting this form. Once a form is submitted, the Ethics Committee will discuss your concern, view it through the lens of the ASCA Ethical Standards, and respond to your concern. This may take 1-2 days or 2-3 weeks, depending on the concern and the workload of committee members outside of their OSCA responsibilities. Your concern may also be shared with the OSCA Executive Director and President as a way to help the committee find the best direction for your concern. Your name and that of the district can be withheld by request if you prefer. Confidentiality is valued and respected.
