The nature of farming is physically demanding & our educational setting can be socially demanding. This can involve engaging with peers and l long hours of repetitive tasks. Imagine waking up at 6:30am, milking, spending the day outside in the wind, lifting multiple 50lb sacks of feed, picking strawberries for 3 hours, weeding for an afternoon, greeting a group of 40 second graders, preparing a lunch for 20 people, walking a ¼ mile in the dark to close chicken coops. Please tell us how you imagine staying motivated with these types of tasks for a full year and how you have stayed motivated in the past. *
