Welcome to the U Belong 2023 Pride Street Fair! We love that you want to join us in celebrating the 2SLBGTQIA+ united community of Thunder Bay and region!
We will be collecting everyone's contacts and waivers until May 27 . Then we will send out the map of the street scape with booth spaces.
Set up: starts at 930-11 am please come in from court street entrance, the volunteer will move the barrier for you. Please do not park or block Cumberland Street entrance this is where the march will be entering from.
Parking: in the parcade and area street parking.
Booth: chairs and tables/tents you provide for yourself, max tent size 10x10
Take Down: will be at 545-630pm
WAIVER:
I am aware that there are always risks associated with participating in the Pride 2023 Street Festival. I agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against Rainbow Collective of Thunder Bay (RCTB) & Thunder Pride Association (TPA) and all volunteer members of the Pride Planning Committee 2023 and or other organizations involved.
By signing this agreement, I agree to hold the RCTB & TPA entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reason or circumstances.
I acknowledge the risk involved with this Street Festival, including but not limited to, sprains, property damages, and any other physical injuries. I certify that my participation is voluntary and I have been made aware of the risks. I further understand that I am responsible for ensuring that adequate insurance coverage is in place to cover any damages or injury that I or my property i.e. vehicle. Might sustain during my participation in this event.
I will make every effort to obey the site personnel, all safety rules and will ask for clarification if needed.
Further I grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use any photograph, video, film or record of my participation.
