4-9 years: £10
10-16 years: £15
17+ years: £20

Registration fee includes refreshments, lunch and evening BBQ.

1. those aged 16-17 can attend without parent/guardian, but must have permission from parent/guardian to be present
2. those aged under 16 cannot attend without parent/guardian or another nominated responsible adult who will take care of them for the day. Please ensure all relevant details are provided below.

Photographs at Convention 2025
Project 242 asks that all attendees honour these photo-taking and photo-sharing rules:
1. that no one takes photos of someone else without their consent;
2. that any photos taken are not shared electronically (such as on social media) without the consent of those people in the photos.
