Lykos Movement Club is a monthly meet up for movers to share, sweat, connect and drop in together.
We are looking for a community who is also in love with movement and are hungry to keep exploring and learning to use that movement not only for expression but as medicine.
Come join us in our new home with plenty of space as we begin building this community away from the industry and traditional dance classes.
Each meet up may look different; We may meditate together, explore phrases, guided flow, ecstatic dance, pull from elements of martial arts, yoga etc. This is a space to bring your unique gift as an offering to share and exchange.
