Organizing a youth exchange during which youth volunteering leaders will work on the preparation of a local action plan, but will also expand their skills, not only in language, but also related to soft skills and group work. The activity is also aimed at strengthening the ties between young leaders, preparing a "Local Volunteering Action Plan". As part of the exchange, young people will work on the preparation of a detailed concept of the city game, which will take place as part of the implementation of neighborhood activities.

The target group is young people - leaders of their community who were most involved in promoting volunteering in the first stage of the project. These young people actively work for their local community, but are also willing to engage in international activities.
