Contest and Judging Virtual Visits
BHS Staff and representatives of the Contest and Judging community are reaching out to invite chapters and quartets to see if we can offer content for your virtual rehearsals while groups are still socially distancing. If you are interested, please fill out the following form ASAP
Group Contact Person Name
What District are you affiliated with
What timezone are you in?
Have you been hosting online virtual rehearsals or meetups of any kind?
If no, do you require assistance in setting up an online meeting space for your chapter to meet with a BHS judge?
When was the last time your ensemble competed or participated in a festival?
Judges will watch and evaluate video recordings of your chorus in advance and then do a "coaching under glass" based on that performance with your chorus in an online call. This recording will need to be posted in a private YouTube link, Dropbox, Google Drive, or other similar file-sharing system. This does NOT need to be from a contest stage or even "contestable" music selections. Do you have such a recording? If one is unavailable, we can use a recording of another chorus of similar size/age/quality.
