Tell Us Your Story

Your home’s story didn’t end when its first owners moved out.

And it didn’t end when you chose to move in.

Every old home, from simple cottages to grand mansions and all points between, does so much more than offer shelter. Homes also play a part in neighborhoods and communities. The singular story of your house is ongoing. You are a chapter in your home’s biography. And we want to learn more!

Historic Wilmington Foundation is starting our very own history-sharing project called “Tell Us Your Story.” It begins when you answer a few questions (below) about you and where you live. HWF will follow up with you via email or phone within 7 days to set up a time for you to chat with one of our writers. Tell Us Your Story profiles will later be shared on our website, social media, and in our online newsletter.
