Terms & Conditions: The all-inclusive price includes professional instruction, retreat materials, Welcome Reception on Saturday night, retreat activities, and 7 nights lodging, breakfasts, and dinners. You'll also receive a 30-minute intro session prior to retreat and BONUS 1:1 individual virtual coaching sessions post retreat to support integration. Participants are required to stay at The Hermitage, and will have first-come-first-serve choice of accommodations.
Rates (per person, single occupancy, private room & bathroom):
- $4,850 Corporately funded
- $3,850 Self funded participants (Dare to Lead™ Trained, CDTLF, ICF ACC, PCC or MCC)

Transportation while on Nevis: Transportation to and from retreat activities is included. If you'd like to independently explore the island, car rentals can be easily arranged once you are on island. You will be required to register for a local driver's license (US$25).
Airport Transfers: We will arrange for a driver with a placard to meet you upon arrival at St Kitts airport. You'll be driven directly to Reggae Beach for the 5 minute water taxi ride to Nevis where another taxi will be waiting to whisk you to The Hermitage. Airport transfers to and from St Kitts airport are included in the retreat IF you arrive prior to 6pm on 11/8 and depart after 12pm on 11/15.
Cancellation Policy: Attendees can request full refunds up to October 8th, 2025. Attendees who cancel after October 8th, 2025, will receive 50% refund unless we are able to fill the space with someone from the waitlist. Attendees who cancel after October 22nd will receive 25% refund.
