Upon submitting the form, you will be placed on a list. Nerdy Mom Craft reviews each form in the order they are received and contacts the customer when they are at the top of the list. You will be contacted to review the details of your order and to collect payment. Custom orders are non-refundable and must be paid up prior to the commencement of your order.

When you arrive to the top of the list, you will be contacted at the primary contact method listed on this form. You will have 72 hours to reply before the next customer is contacted.
