Waiola Ice Cakes Request Form

Mahalo for your interest in Waiola Icecakes! Icecakes bring the light, fluffy texture of Waiola shave ice in a convenient, freezer-friendly cup -perfect for parties, fundraisers, school events, sports games, celebrations, and large gatherings.

Each Icecake is made with finely shaved ice and Waiola syrup, then frozen into an easy-to-serve individual cup. Similar to sorbet but uniquely local, each Icecake comes with a scoop of ice cream unless requested otherwise. They can also be made without ice cream for guests who prefer to enjoy them as-is or have dietary restrictions.

Icecakes are made to order and can be stored frozen to enjoy later. Pricing is $4 each, or $3.50 each for orders of 50 or more. Each order may include up to 8 flavors: Strawberry, Blue Vanilla, Banana, Lemon Lime, P.O.G, Mango, Lilikoi, and Lychee.. Custom flavors are upon request.

Orders can be picked up from our Kapahulu location or delivered for a $40 delivery fee. We will pack your order in a cooler bag for easy transport.

Important: Icecakes can last in a cooler with ice for a maximum of approximately 3 hours before they begin to melt. For best quality, we recommend storing them in a freezer as soon as possible until ready to serve.

Due to staffing, scheduling, production capacity, and quality control, Waiola Shave Ice may not be able to accommodate every request. If we are able to move forward, a member of our team will contact you to confirm details, flavors, pickup/delivery, and payment.

Please provide at least  10 days notice whenever possible. If you do not hear back from us within two weeks, we are unfortunately unavailable for your requested date.
